Dr. Seb Bytyci

Dr Seb Bytyci has leadership experience in research and teaching for more than two decades, including with the University of London/LSE, University of York, University of Winchester, William College, IPOL Institute, and Police Federation of England and Wales. He has also been involved in practical advocacy and worked with international organisations such as the UN, UNDP and OSCE. Seb holds a PhD from University of York; an MPA in Policy Analysis and Comparative & International Affairs from Indiana University (Bloomington) and an MES in European Integration and Regionalism from University of Graz/EIPA/EURAC. His PhD research specialised in institutions in transforming countries, and his areas of interest include building effective institutions & leadership, EU & international affairs, conflict resolution, the developmental state and transformation.
